• Preparation

-Surface Preparation- In order to properly prepare your exterior we do the following depending upon your home’s condition
*Scrape and sand loose and peeling paint on all siding boards and shingles
*Same process for the trim on your house if your fascias, overhangs, windows doors or any area in need has to be addressed
*We do Bondo repairs on woodwork to make it look new again without replacement
*If spraying the siding is required, we tape and seal all windows and other content to protect it with plastic
• Painting
Next, your repaired areas are primed before quality paint is applied to your home’s exterior.
• Cleanup
Upon completion of your project, the crew cleans up around your home, ensuring any paint chips and debris are removed. We leave the area like we found it.
Interior House Painting
The Paint Professionals provide a range of custom interior painting services, making a great experience and exceptional results in every home.
For your project we’ll follow these steps, based on your proposal, to make sure you receive the best quality service available.
•Walls and ceilings are checked for minor or major spackle repairs
•Cracks, holes, nail pops, water stains or water damage will be addressed and repaired to look as good as new
•Frames, crown or base moldings, windows and sills are checked for caulking and hole filling
•Wallpaper removal
•Walls prepped and sized for new wallpaper
-Painting
•Your repaired areas are primed before applying finish coats of paint to walls and ceilings
•Any new wood will be primed before two finish coats are applied
•If staining new wood is your choice, than wood conditioner is recommended before staining to open wood pores so the stain penetrates evenly
•Stained wood then requires finish coats of polyurethane. Your choice of the finish luster
New Decks and Deck Restoration
* New decks require a light power wash after the manufactured allotted time frame in order to be stained
* Older decks can be power washed, sanded or scraped to regain there beauty
* Decks in good condition can be cleaned accordingly to restore the stained appearance that your accustom to
* All composite decks that have mold or mildew will be cleaned thoroughly to its original look
